Vista interface with iPAC

I have a iPAC 3115 pocket PC.
Running Vista Premium the iPAC 3115 will not interface with Vista via USB
interface to update address book, email and calendar info.
What am I missing?

What version of Windows Mobile is the iPac running? Did you install the
WMDC from www.windowsmobile.com?
