Hello,
Grfilter.sys I think comes from Aluria. (locate the file and right-click on
it, check properties)
This could be EarthLink Protection Control Center application for example,
they may have other programs that use this as well with similar names.
You may need to uninstall this prior to upgrading or contact the company
that supplied the program for an update.
