K KristleBawl Jun 3, 2007 #3 Ignore my other reply, clicked the wrong topic. Which folder is the stuck mail in? If Outbox, there's a utility you can use to get rid of it, but it's in another folder, it's easier to just mark it as read and ignore it. KB

D Dick Wagner Jun 3, 2007 #5 Shirley, I and several other people have had the same problem. Go to www.oehelp.com/wmutil and download Steve Cochran's utility. Use the utility (after unzipping) and compact your e-mail and the problem will go away. It did for me. Good luck. Dick in sunny AZ
