Vista IIS

im asking on behalf of a friend on this one:

what level of vista is required to get IIS7 included?
basically, he's looking into getting asp.net programming and since he's
also looking into vista he's asked the question of which version has IIS
included?

apache2 + asp.net is a posibility, but he would be far more interested
in just running IIS straight off the bat without excess installing or
the little bit of config required to get apache server running.
