I qualify for this. I am currently running XP Professional. My question is
will I be able to install Vista as a dual boot machine along with XP
Professional?

Also will Vista install as 64-bit since I have a Athlon 64 Dual Core
Processor?

Yes, you can dual boot XP Pro and Vista. Yes, you can run the 64 bit version
if you have a 64 bit processor - which I believe is what the 64 in your
processor name signifies.

If you use an upgrade version of Vista, per the license agreement the XP OS
which was used to qualify for the upgrade cannot be installed at the same
time. It is one or the other. If Vista is removed then the XP license is
free again to be reinstalled.

If you use a DVD for the x64 version of Vista.
