so, i have vista ultimate installed in my computer, i have a 4.7 rating..
it's beautiful, has made my computer faster and give it a better sound. but
after installing i received a new 150gb hdd raptor x and i installed it, but
how can i make it this my boot driver since its faster, can i tranfers vista
to this hard drive and clean C:. also i'm soon getting one 500gb hdd for all
my music and videos, how can i make the drive the one that carries my music,
my picture so that i can see it on media center in my tv?, i see that it inly
reads my c: drive right now, will it be able to read this new drive?

and another thing, i feel like there is no difference between my 250 dollar
ultimate and the 150 dollar home premium?... where are the background and
extra stuff? .. how long will we wait... can someone give me something to be
happy about of why i paid $$100 more ??

Ultimate has most of the 'Vista Business' functionality. If you have a
standard home setup, especially if you only have a single computer, not sure
if there is much extra in Ultimate that'll be of much use to you... :-(

when xp, i couldnt put them togethe, so that files would be easy to acces
from any comouter.. i need to find a way to learn how to do this too. the
other computers are working on xp. i'll try again, but i need to know how to
change my boot drive transfer vista to the new raptor hdd.. thanks for your

Use drive imaging software such as Acronis True Image 10 to clone the old
drive to the new, then remove the old drive, boot with the new, and when
things are running ok, then you can reconnect the old drive as a slave
drive.

Check windows update for ultimate extras. There are two out so far. See
this link for the features that are in each version. You can see what you
got in Ultimate that didn't come in VHP.

As to giving you something to make you happy - not a chance.

Wait it gets better .. Did you read the agreement that your just renting
Vista? and that you must pay $100/ year to keep using it? surprise!! That
right. Vista gone greedy. and support? you have to pay for.. humm.. is it
worth it?

That's just wrong.

Mimble,

You must be on drugs or are heavily mentally retarted. You don't rent
Vista, you buy Vista. If you don't understand the concept, I am sure
someone will help you. Yes, Vista will probably around for four or five
years before a replacement will appear, but you are licensing the product
and not paying rent.

Did you Mommie drop you on your head?

You're mistaken. You don't buy Vista; you buy a license to use Vista.
While it is not term-limited, you still don't own it. So, you rent it.
