We have a small office with 9 computers. New computer came with Vista
Business. Can we install the full version of Vista that came with the new
computer on our other computers. Older computers have XP Pro and Media
Centre. Also, if we can install full version of Vista, can a multi license
be purchased?

The answer to your question is no you cannot, you need to purchase a license
for each PC or get an open license.

No! You must have individual licences for each and every computer running
Vista (or XP for that matter, in fact all of windows operating systems).

As you have 9 PCs you would be better going for volume licencing (the
minimum is 5 licences) Here is a good place to start:

Your question is simply can you use the media with Full Vista Business that
came with a new computer and install it onto the other office computers. And
can you purchase a multi license to do this. I would think the answer is
'yes'. Once you purchase a volume license, you should be able to use the
media with the volume license product key(s) to install Vista on your other
office PCs.
