Please guys your help would be most appreciated.

Those codes you put up look like memory problems, google "memorytest86" select free download, then download for a bootable CD, make the cd then run it at startup.

1. Your computer maybe loading the same application into the memory all the time and this will cause crashes or the BSOD.
2. Also how long have you had your RAM? One of the pins could be slow or burnt out.
3. I see you only have a 1GB of RAM, Vista really needs a 1GB on its own to run properly, so if your running other memory intensive applications, your PC is gonna struggle.
4. When was the last time you cleaned your PC?, as overheating could also be an issue as well. big build ups of dust ain't good.

These are all likely problems, but this list is not exhaustive, just somewhere to start. Hope this helps.

Sorry, forgot one, check your motherboard for any damage, i.e leaks or loose parts, espcially brown like fluids.

Just where does a PC go when it goes out the window?

Hmm. Dell/1Gb/Vista. A flawed combination.

Waynos_Face has offered some good advice. Heed it. Especially Memtest.
