Home Premium version of Vista

I can't access certain folders in Explorer such as

Desktop\Spirit\Application Data message is "C:\Users\Spirit\Application
Data is not Accessible" Access is Denied

Same for C:\Documents and Settings

I have UAC off and I have tried to RIGHT CLICK - PROPERTIES and have FULL
ACCESS and am logged in with Administrator Level.

Toshiba P205-S6267 2 Gig Home Premium.

What to do?

Thanks

There is nothing in those folders of any use to the end user. They are
junction points used by the OS. Although they are not, these should be
hidden folders.

Thanks for the answer however is this NORMAL and USUAL meaning
there is no way around it. Sure seems weird not being able to get into your
Documents and Settings Folder.... do documents get put in there?

This is normal behavior and requires no action. These junctions that
are denying you access do not contain any data, as they are just there
for application compatability purposes, and have been completely
replaced by new folders.

Thanks!
