When I try to associate an older program with a certain file
extension, like Winword with .doc files, it doesn't work. The program
won't appear in the group of programs to be selected from. I can't do
it through the control panel or through a right click on a .doc file
method. I always get the trial version of Word 2007 when I double
click on a .doc file. Any help would be appreciated.
