Vista feedback?

How/Where is Vista feedback? Thought there would be a button, menu item,
something, to facilitate feedback, but apparently was wrong. Anyone have a
light to shine on this issue?

Isn't there a blue, circular icon on your desktop that says "Feedback?"

MS should've named it "Don't Look Here" instead of "Feedback", then everyone
would find it.
