Help!!! My email keeps interrrupting my work. It opens anytime and closes my
Word programs or takes me offline. Or my online windows close without
prompting. Can't work here, help!

Of course, you will want to answer these questions first:

The First Question Of Troubleshooting: what changed between the time
things worked and the time they didn't?

The Second Question of Windows Troubleshooting: what is the
malware/virus status of the machine? If you think it is clean, what
programs (and versions) did you use to determine this?

Other factors besides malware that I have seen cause something similar:

1. Optical mouse being used on a patterned or otherwise unsuitable
mousing surface.
2. Wireless mouse needing new batteries
3. Wireless mouse picking up a signal from another computer.
