Vista Destop Background!

I run a double monitor setup side-side. What would really give me some Wow
about Vista is having the ability to mirror the image on the second monitor
about the vertical axis.

This would make all of my cool background images I have taken with my camera
look so much more professional. The mountain on the edge of one monitor
would have the exact mirrored mountian on the edge of the next monitor.
Cool! Cool! Please!

You could probably do it under Display Settings with another checkbox under
each monitor. That way I might be able to flip it again if I ever get a
third or fourth monitor.

The other option is letting us set a different background for each monitor.
Then I could flip it myself under some other software. That would be cool
too!

Better yet, just give us both options!

You've already got a poster telling you about UltraMon, which I have been
using for many years, but you don't even need that to do what you want. You
can use a graphics program, like Photoshop, and expand the canvas. Then
align the different pictures into one big file, and use that.

eg.

It will probably take a bit of fiddling about to see how they shoud be
pasted together. UltraMon is still better though, as you get the taskbar on
all monitors if you want, easy wallpaper setting, and even different
screensavers on each screen.

Oh, and to get a template, to show you how to paste the images together, try
pressing PrtScrn and pasting it into a graphics editor. You should get all
the screens together.
