vista defragement

I have 2 HP pavilion Laptops with Vista Home Premium. Here's the problem.
When I try defragement either one program starts ok but "NEVER" finishes. Is
there another defragement program that can be installed that"WORKS" or what?

I recommend PerfectDisk which is available as fully functional 30 day
trialware.

Defrag never finishes. Doesn't matter if you use PerfectDisk, Diskeeper,
Auslogics.. An hour after using a system, and Defrag will find something to
move and or tidy up.

Diskeeper and PerfectDisk both have settings to run in the background
(recommended) just like Vista Defrag does.. :-)
