I recently upgraded my OS from vista premium which I purchased at Circuit
City to vista ultimate which I purchased from the microsoft website and now
my system crashes. I called vista support line and after being on the phone
with a tech for almost 2 hours he could not help, he had me restore my system
which did not solve the problem. I copied the problem report and pasted it
here. Can someone please help!!!!

Have you added memory or changed your video card?

Do a google on SYSDATA.XML and look at the minidump, video drivers, and
mixed memory
cures.

Hi Adrianne,

0x1000007F is a hardware error in most cases, and frequently this indicates
memory is faulty, mismatched, or incompatible with the system (or in the
case of multiple sticks, each other).

Thanks so much for your help. I finally got someone on the phone in tech
support that knew what to do. He had me unplug my printer and reboot my
system. After the reboot, I went to the hp site and downloaded another driver
for the printer. This seems to have worked so far. Thanks again.

As I said above thanks for your help. I thought my problem was solved but it
wasn't. I researched the problem on the internet and tried deleting the
memory dump and minidump files on my systerm. Now my computer won't boot up
at all, it gets as far as the welcome screen and then goes to blue screen. I
tried restarting in safe mode with networking and it still doesn't boot up,
But at lease I got the errors codes for the problem which go along with what
you where saying, and I can call dell for help not microsoft. Thanks again.
