Vista Bussiness activation by phone

Hi, I want to activate my copy of Windows Vista Business by phone but the
number provided is not working, it is the number 001-800-2201804 for
nicaragua, I have a week trying to communicate with no results, thanks.
 
Its ok the line didn`t have exit to make international calls because I block
them two years ago and I didn`t remembered, all fixed now.
