Vista Business x64 SP1... where is it?

I have two Vista machines, one Ultimate x64 and one Business x64 both on the
same LAN. The Ultimate machine has already installed SP1 (albeit
unsuccessfully) but the Business machine (which is a Dell laptop) is still
not seeing any update for SP1.

Why is this? What do I have to do to get SP1 on this machine?

OK, let's look at it...
Cause 1

You are already running Windows Vista SP1.
Nope.

Cause 2

Windows Vista SP1 has not been released for the language of the
language pack that you have installed.

I am pretty sure the English language pack is catered for.
Cause 3

Windows Service Pack Blocker Tool is used to block the delivery of
Windows Vista SP1 from Automatic Updates or from Windows Update.
Nope.

Cause 4

You tried to install Windows Vista SP1, and the installation failed with
a known inconsistency in the file or registry structure.
Nope.

Cause 5

A hardware device driver or device software was problematic when you
updated to Windows Vista SP1.

No device mentioned in the list is installed on this machine.
Cause 6

You have installed a prerelease version of Windows Vista SP1, and
you must uninstall the prerelease version, or start with a new
installation of Windows Vista.
Nope.

Cause 7

You used the third-party program vLite to configure the system, and
you may have removed required system components that have to be available
for Windows Vista SP1 to be installed.
Nope.

Cause 8

You see one or more updates for Windows Vista when you run Windows
Update. However, you do not see Windows Vista SP1 listed.

No hidden updates.

So I guess there must be an undocumented "Cause 9".

Patience grasshopper. It will appear eventually.

The released SP1 applies to all versions. There is no "Business 64
SP1" - there is just Vista 64 SP1 and Vista 32 SP1.

Reformat Your Computer And Install Open Source Linux Ubuntu 7.10 RTW,
Just FYI.

Thank you - done... although it did take 4.5 hours. I am assuming that's
because I am using PGP Whole Disk Encryption.

However, SP1 is not showing up in the updates history so I would not be
surprised if it is offered to me again when it does eventually turn up in
Windows Update.
