Is there an official MS e-mail address for reporting Vista bugs, or is this
the only place to post them?

Got a couple here. One to do with icons, and the other to do with UAC.

Are you certain what you reference are buglets?

Could the true conflict source be secondary to installing additional
software programs?

Suggestion, open Vista's Help and Support, and then (in the Search Field)
type; what ever you desire knowing.

When the Search results are displayed, simply follow the instructions as
needed for your specific conflict / error for the resolution.

Vista's Help and Support, and the "Start Search" Field, immediately above
Vista's Start Button, will be your best friend if ever conflicts arrive at
your Desktop.

Also, the above Search method provides additional methods for what you
requested.

Yes, I think so. They're both fairly minor (and may well have been discussed
on here before), and wouldn't cause any major disruption to every day usage,
but it would be good if they were fixed.

achieve your desired outcome, regarding email and telephone numbers.

The Post / Responses within these Forums are from volunteers (Forum
Participants) just as you, not employees of Microsoft.

After the Official Release of Vista, for some peculiar reason, the numbers
of Apple / Mac supporters that have repeatedly made somewhat malicious Post
attempting to discredit Vista's incredible inherent security and user
friendly functionalities have near polluted these Forums.

Apparently, Apple is now terrified after learning the enormous retail sales
that Vista has experienced during the last several weeks... So, one never
knows who is making a Post or responding to Posted questions, and some are
junior high school students.

It requires quite some time for learning who makes very reliable intelligent
Post and Responses, almost as flipping a coin. Perhaps, that is something
that makes these Forums interesting, maybe.

I understand what you're saying. I certainly have no intention of
discrediting Vista, and am having a great time exploring its new features.

Sorry, I should also have thanked you too for the Help & Support tip. I
found a good link via that route.
