Hi,
I just installed Vista business on an Asus P2-P5945GC and it run fine except
for the bootup.
Every time I bootup I am presented with the bootmenu, giving me the option
to start Vista or (using the TAB key) to start a memory test.
I tried editing via control panel->system->advanced->startup and tried a) to
disable listing of OS'es. b) set timeout to 0, 3 seconds.
I also tried editing it via msconfig.exe, but that also did not work out.
Finally I tried setting the default GUID using bcdedit.
None of these options worked and I am still stuck with a bootmenu every time
the PC starts up.
How can I get rid of this boot menu?
