Vista Beta2 Download...

I get to about 2.12 gigs and dies. I get a full iso file that when burns,
craps out and says a fie is not a valid image....Anyone else having
problems?

Yes. Many. The servers are jammed up for one thing. I suggest you order
the dvd.
 
Don't use Microsoft's download manager, I failed twice. Use one of the free
download mangers about.
 
Can ya recomend a good download manager? I used the use the one included
with MSN software but am no longer a subscriber.

Firefox is not a Download Manager. A Download
Manager will permit you to resume the download
if it is interrupted.
 
I used the Microsoft download manager. I started it Saturday June 10 at
10:55 PM, and went to bed. When I checked it Sunday morning I had a
completed download. It finished at 3:50 AM, so it took a littile under 5
hours. It worked great the first time I tried it.

The first thing that made me think twice was the page that had the Product
Key. Microsoft recommended printing the page, which I did, and the Product
Key was not visible on the printed page. Fortunately I noticed this while I
was still on the page, so I could write it by hand on the printed page.

The other thing is that I was supposed to get an email confirmation from
Micosoft with download instructions and product key information. In fact
the message said "was sent to your email" so it should have been sent out by
Microsoft Saturday night. I havn't gotten it.
