Vista Beta2 Download

I have registered with MS and gotten a product key. But every time I try to download the iso it gets to about 33Mb and says the download is complete. Anyone have any suggestions that may help me complete this download.

I had that happen to me when I wasn't using the download manager.Are you
using the DM?
If not, try it that way.

It really doesn't matter which method you use right now, it'll probably not
work... Lots of people (including myself) have struggled. That's because
lots and lots of people are trying to get it at the same time. It might be
best to wait a while if you can. Either that or you must have lots and lots
of patience.
 
You're right Travis....either way is horrible right now.
I may give up soon too if it weren't for already being at 75%.

I think I may have figured it out, I am downloading it right now with
firefox. I tried with IE and it would only download 721 bytes of the ISO.
when I tried to use the download manager it said to try again later. with
firefox I just clicked on the direct link and away it goes, I'm at 1 % at a
rate of 100KB/s.

Don't get your hopes up, Iwk. I too tried my Firefox after IE failed and I'm
only able to get 2,097,153 downloaded at which point it thinks it has
finished. Twice now with same result. :(

Apparently MS needs more money for better servers.

That's the magical 2GB barrier I think you're hitting. Most DL managers I
tried report that the ISO is exactly 2GB in size, which is of course wrong.
 
If you are having trouble with download managers - may i recommend Internet
Download Manager?

Not an ad, just a VERY happy user who has downloaded 20 gigs of OS's in the
past 2 weeks using it :P

Need a new hdd now :)

Why wasn't microsoft able to use P2P technology to distribute files?!
Hash checking and distributed network traffic among downloaders.
