is it worth getting vista basic on my laptop.

1.5,512mib ram

But the video card used some of this

So the ram would be say 504mib ram.

Both my ram slot are full up.

1GB of RAM is recommend for Vista.

Install Win 98 ... it is better than Vista Basic.


Normal Vista really needs 2Gb ram.

2Gb of ram is alot for windows vista.

Am sticking with xp then.
