Vista Backup Failure

Hello, When I attempt to use Vista's complete backup feature I get the
following error: "The resource loader cache doesn't have loaded MUI entry
0x80073B01" Does anyone know what this means or how to fix it? Is there a way
to uninstall/reinstall Vista's backup component?
