Vista Application Failure

I am getting a regular Application Failure that appears to be attributed to
LVPrcSrv.exe and causes my Vista Home Premium system to reboot. Can anyone
shed any light on what the issue might be.

Lvprcsrv.exe is a process installed alongside Logitech QuickCam and provides
additional configuration options for these devices.

Description: File LVPrcSrv.exe is located in a subfolder of "C:\Program
Files\Common Files". Known file sizes on Windows XP are 81920 bytes (96% of
all occurrence), 99888 bytes, 86016 bytes.

The program has no visible window. It can change the behavior of other
programs or manipulate other programs. The file is not a Windows system
file. LVPrcSrv.exe is able to monitor applications, manipulate other
programs. Therefore the technical security rating is 65% dangerous.

Important: Some malware camouflage themselves as LVPrcSrv.exe, particularly
if they are located in c:\windows or c:\windows\system32 folder.
