Vista Anytime Upgrade

Trying to do this. From Australia. From Home Premium to Ultimate.

1. When I click on Begin Upgrade Process I keep getting "Connect to Internet
Retry/Ignore". No amount of clicking on Retry connects me....Another
message comes up sometimes "you have lost your connection to Help Centre".
BUT I AM able to connect to it AND the internet....

2. Australia is apparently NOT on Anytime program yet? True? Why? Forever?

True, the Anytime Upgrade is not available in Australia at this time. Why
and forever, I don't know, maybe call MS in Australia to ask.
