Vista and Multi Terminals?

Can I install more than 1 Graphics Cards and monitors and keyboards and mice
on 1 PC to allow more than 1 user login to windows Vista at the same time?

Would all users have the graphical user interface or just the console?

Any program or OS that allows multi graphical terminals (if its called
this)?
