I have two problems with Vistas folders:
A) I would like to use classic icons. I can set the option on the desktop,
but not in the folders. Is there a way to do this?
B) In the folders, there is a bar at the top that has thing like Name, Date,
Filesize and stuff like that. Even when I am not set to details, it shows.
How do i remove it?

Ian,
If you choose small icons from the Views menu, you get the icons like in
Windows XP. You can also select the Folder Options from the Organize menu
to switch to 'Classic Folders' (which basically just removes the 'Links'
bar)

As far as the column headers, I think they are still there because they have
increased functionality from the dropdown menu for each one which allows you
to filter what is viewed in the folder. At first I thought it was a glitch,
but now realize that it's actually a feature!
