vista 64bit

I purchased the vista business upgrade from windows marketplace. Later I used
the anytime upgrade to install vista ultimate. I would now like to install
the 64bit version of vista because of the additional memory support. Will my
key be compatible with the equivalent 64bit edition of vista? Thank you
PS: i own both 32bit and 64bit versions of windows XP
 
Your key will be okay on either 32 or 64 bit equivalent versions unless they
are OEM.
