Visio 2003 worse than Visio 2000

This is SOOO disapointing. Will anyone (that matters) ever read my message?
Me thinks not.

Anyway, I am a "super power Visio user". I have used Visio daily since it
was in first Beta in 1993? I am a technology architect and I need a great
tool for diagramming. Visio 2000 was that tool until the other day when I
upgraded. I CAN NOT BELIEVE THE IDIOTS WHO CHOPPED UP AND DISCARDED THE VERY
BEST FEATURES OF THE TOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MORONS!!!!!

So, after over 10 years of Ctrl-B to send items to the back of the stack:
Ctrl-B is now Bold text. After 10 years of Ctrl-F for "bring to front",
Ctrl-F is now "Find". When I copy an object from on page and paste to
another, all these 10 years the object would be pasted EXACTLY PRECISELY at
the same relative coordinates as from it's source.....but not now. Nope.
Now when I paste an object it goes to the middle of the screen. So...when
designing Multi Generational architecture drawings where one page leads to
the next showing progressions of features being added/removed from the
drawing (much like an animator's cell), there's no precise alignment any
longer. This, and dozens of other "homogination" efforts have left Visio no
better than PowerPoint for doing precision drawings. I HATE HATE HATE HATE
HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PUT A VISIO-2000
compatibility mode in
NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OR I WILL
NEVER USE IT AGAIN!

That won't be read by anyone from MS in here. This is a peer-to-peer
newsgroup. Post this to (e-mail address removed) .

As Terry says, this is not the place to address comments to Microsoft (you
can do that through http://register.microsoft.com/mswish/suggestion.asp),
but it is also not the place to reach the knowledgeable Visio users who
might be able to help you with your problems (perhaps even tell you that the
change in behavior you deplore can be changed). For Visio
problems/questions, try posting in a Visio newsgroup; this one is for Word.
