Aside from that, almost all of the anti-virus companies have help on how to remove a virus, eg: http://www.sophos.com/support/disinfection/ If one doesn't work, or you can't understand their instructions, go to another.... Just type antivirus in the Internet Explorer search engine and all sorts of programs and companies help is at your fingertips...
