Start\All Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Restore & when System
Restore opens click on System Restore Settings then click System Restore tab
and check Turn Off System Restore

The reason for doing this is that if System Restore is turned on when you
use anti-virus to remove the virus a copy of it will remain on the saved
Restore Point (if you do a Restore the virus will be reloaded)

After you disable System Restore & the virus is removed then the computer is
restarted, you can then re-enable System Restore.
