Virus?

PVR

I use Win XP on a P.IV PC. I have a Linksys router, Norton AV, Zone Alarm
and Mailwasher on my PC. I NEVER open an attachment unless I am certain I
know who it is from. Today I received a Spam where the sender was ME.

How did this happen?
