Virus

I have downloaded every patch for virus's on your
website. I have installed the latest Norton anti-virus
program. (I run XP) I still get a notice from Norton
saying I have a virus it cannot repair on my -
C:\windows\system32\6qpgggp.dll

Virus name--PWS.Hooker.Trojan


What gives? Help
