Virus, with e-mail

my computer turn off automatically after I get into e-
mail. Please help, I am trying to talk to someone in your
security department, but unable to do that, please e-mail
me the exact instruction, what to do, I am not expert in
this field. it turn off and on non stop - Thank you.
