After months of using Grokster I was hit with a virus that
completely hosed up my computer. I was finally able to
load the drivers back, now I can't access any web pages
due to the virus destroyed my Internet explorer. I have
downloaded a copy on a disk to take home to see if this
helps. Anyone have any sugesstions on what my next step
should be? I have been through the back door, side door
and evey other door that I could think of and still not
able to view any websites. I keep getting "Page could not
be displayed" check your browser andf internet options"

Help !!!

Thanks

Hi JoAnn,
Have you deleted all parasites/spyware from your machine ?
This is probably being caused by a third-party program
(adware, spyware,
parasite)

Download, install, *update* and run these two programs:
Ad-aware from http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/
Spybot from http://security.kolla.de/ (Remove items
listed in red.)

Additional information at:

Note the security recommendations.

Post back to thsi tread if you still have problems !
