Virus Warning

I get visus warningWorm/Lovsan.Ais in Pc ,but when I run
scan I get "No viruses found " Got blaster patch run Avg
for windows & Stinger standalone virus scanner but both
say no viruses found ?????
Can anyone advise what other steps can be taken !!I AM
GOING MENTAL!!

Go to http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/ and download STINGER and run it. That
progs gets rid of about 33 of the latest for free. If you have Lovsan, it
will fix it.
