virus/trojan/malware warning.. false positive or real threat?

If you scan the included executable (in the rar file in this torrent)
at www.virustotal.com, it's clear that it's most likely to be infected
with something nasty:

At the very least, it is a packed executable (to me this is suspicious
in itself, especially considering where it came from).

Most alerts seem to be from heuristic or generic detections, so FPs are
more likely.

Personally, I wouldn't trust it.
