virus removal

I get a virus 2 week ago and i can't fix the pc.
I have an antivirus and is it no able to find the corrupt file or what is damage.
if some one can help me! can send me an email, thank you.

If the antivirus program cannot find the virus , how do you know that you
have a virus? Jym

IF you think you have a virus, you can go to www.symantec.com , in the
lower left corner click on the info for security, it will take you to
the web page that will allow you to do an online virus check using the
symantec software. If you do have a file, it will tell you that you
have a virus and then you can get the information on how to remove the
virus from symantec.
