Virus or spyware??? Help!!

At the moment my computer is running a little peaked, task bar not working
properly and it looks like there is something strange behind my desktop. I've
got every update possible including the new #2 version for xp and mcaffree
running. Everything indicates it's running smooth but, I know it it's far
from that.

Goto www.lavasoft.de and download AdAware to make sure you don't have
some sort of spyware installed. When finished visit
http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/ and install SpywareBlaster which should
aid in eliminating any of the baddies from being installed in the first
place.
