Could you please tell me why I am having trouble with my e-
mail still and when it will be fixed. What do I need to
do to make sure this does not happen again. I have tried
to contact you by phone and I also have wrote messages to
your company. Could you please at least respond with some
kind of answer today. If this can't be cleared up I will
be changing companies.

Not sure what your email trouble is, and posting your address in a newsgroup
is a surefire way to get spam.

Note - this is a public newsgroup, not a direct line to MS, although MS
staff do occasionally show up in here. If you're having a specific problem
with a mail client application such as Outlook, try posting in
microsoft.public.outlook. If you're having problems with a mail account,
contact the ISP such as MSN support directly.
