virus l-Worm/Netsky.B

I opened an email that had a zip file attached called
talk.doc. Yes I know I shouldnt have opened it but I
thought it was legitimate.
I stored it in My Documents and because it's an MS-DOS
application my virus scanner wont get rid of it and it
has the above virus in it.
Please can anyone help me delete it somehow?

First, disable System Restore as per the instructions here:
tm

Now, d/load and run the Stinger tool, available from here;
http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/

When you have gotten rid of the infection, re-enable System Restore.
