Virus INVADER, help!

Hi, every 5 minutes my Kasperky antivirus tell me there is a infected
file in my PC.
In the page I see:

"Process is trying to inject into another process. The behaviour is
typical of some malicious programs.

The infect file is Invader it is in Documents and
Settings/Adriano/Impostazioni locali/Temp/79exhdd.q.exe

I see also: Running process (PID: 1712)

Then I open that folder (Temp) and I manually delete that file but
after 5 minutes my Antivirus tell me the same writings.
What can I do, please?

Try running Spybot S&D. What you have is likely spyware/adware.

Use Tsk manager (or Process Explorer) and kill the running process then purge the TEMP
folder of all files.

Then perform a complete scan of the system.
