Virus infetion in Intel Extreme Ggraphics 2 called juliet_smith8

This buddy appeared on my yahoo messenger list.. I do not know her.Norton
anti Virus is shutting down. Browser is losing stbility.When clicking display
modes her name appears above high color option to the left. Any suggestions?

MSAS is an antispyware program, not a antivirus program.

rescue. I shall begin taking the steps you recommrded immediately. I'll be
