virus hoax

Q. I was sent an email that told me to remove a file caled
JDBGMGR.EXE as it was a virus file, I did, and was later
told by a friend that it was a hoax and I need that file!
can anyone suggest how to get it back???

Its a Java debug file so chances are you won't need to use it anyway.
