Virus Help

ANYONE!

I am constantly being cut from internet access with a
Windows message that reads BAD_POOL_CALLER. It happens
unexpectedly and it doesn't matter what type of site I am
visiting.

Can anyone offer a suggested fix??? Thanks in advance.
