Virus Help!!

Recently Mcafee Virus Scan alerted this file as containing the
W32/Spybot.worm.gen.b virus??? I tried locating the file but cannot locate
it. I try to delete and quarantine it through Mcafee but it wont let me.
Please help.. This is where it says the file is located.

C:\System Volume
Information\_restore{12855640-7D70-4BD9-BBEA-F3A6839FBAEA}\RP467\A0166314.sc
r\A0166314.SCR

Disable System Restore. If you don't know how to do this then follow the
link that corresponds to your operating system.
