So i have the problem that many others have had.

Tick and delete those entries, then follow the removal instructions given HERE to the letter - I can see from your log that you do not have Ewido installed yet

Once clean - bin your Panda AV and install Kaspersky, plus also install and use SpywareBlaster/Windows Defender/AdAware/Spybot Search&Destroy (all free)
