Virus/ exe files missing

I recenetly had the new virus, W32.swen@mm. I managed to
get rid of it, I think. Now I am having a problem opening
any application. For some reason all the paths are
incorrect. I get these errors when opening andthign from
Paint, to games, to Cd creators. Can anyone help me??

Please someone, help me. Is there a way I can do a system
