Ran a scan for viruses, am showing 22 "non cleanable" all
in "c" drive(documents and settings files, and 4 "non
cleanable" in "c" drive winnt system 32 files. If I
uninstall everything on the computer, and reload, will
this take care of the problem? During scan, detected the
virus, and supposedly cleared it off, through symantec
sytem online. Please can someone with allittle more
expertise help?

Try another virus scan www.antivirus.com . I can't hurt now. But it may be
a waste of time, also.
I'm thinkin it's gonna take more than a real hot bath. In computer terms
this is a FORMAT, and Fresh Install of your OS and then drivers from your
friendly hardware companies, and then your Service Pack and hotpatches, and
then intall your friendly I.E./O.E.6, and then your applications. Then
before you go online you need to install a good AVP, and hardware or
software firewall, and then you would do well to have a couple necessary
programs like Ad-Aware, and SpyBot S&D. Here is a site that hwas these and
more. www.spychecker.com . They have a lot of freeware and some darn good
shareware. If you have never formatted and loaded all, it is a days work for
someone who knows waht they are doing, so get ready for a weekend. I have an
instruction file , if that's what you are planning.

good luck,
don
