virus and outlook express lock

My computer indicates a W32 Randex .E and says it is
unable to repair. I do have Norton services operating .
Also, I cannot retrieve any email messages.
It also says that MSOERES.DLL could not be found and the
the "application failed to initialilze"
I am in the dark. CAn you help?
 
Since you have Norton, I would suggest making use of their site to look up
information on W32 Randex.E. They may have some notes about recovering from
a repair, or a specific repair utility.
